Vacant Home Staging
There are several issues with trying to sell a vacant home:
• It’s a proven fact that a vacant home appears small and uninviting. Your agent’s photos won’t attract as many buyers to the property unless it looks attractive. Over 90% of buyers search the internet before coming out to see your property. What will your home look like?
• Vacant homes make the seller appear desperate for a quick sale since there isn’t any furniture in it. This brings in low-ball offers. |
|
 |
• Only 10% of buyers can visualize the space without furnishings. Potential buyers tend to overestimate the size of a sofa or a bed and can’t get the feel of a warm home.
• A vacant home allows buyers to see every flaw and imperfection. A well staged home will give buyers the look and feel of how well the home can look decorated.
Vacant home staging fees are based on a free quote. Our fee is determined by the number of rooms selected for staging and can be adjusted to the client’s budget. Vacant stagings can be accessories only, furnishings for only the main rooms or an entire home.
Unlike many of our competitors, our rental fees are pro-rated per day after the first month to be more cost effective to our clients.
Our contemporary furnishings will show how furniture fits in the space and give buyers the total look of the home. Buyers like to see the whole package. This is why home builders spend so much money on their furnished models……the staging sells their houses!
Check our portfolio for our furnishings and different price points. |
