On-site Home Staging
This service is recommended for homeowners trying to get their home on the market quickly or if they just don’t have the time or energy to complete our full list of recommendations.
This hands-on staging of the home is completed with the seller or agent for an hourly fee. Our goal is to create a model home look for each room. We strive to create a balance of color and design throughout the home. |

The National Association of Realtors states: “for every one dollar spent on staging, four dollars are typically returned on that investment.”
• Our quotes are free and there is no obligation. We can discuss the best level of staging for the homeowner’s budget and timeline. If the seller decides to move forward with the staging, we can give you a list of tasks to complete before we arrive to save on staging time. This could include packing of books, moving furniture to storage, painting, etc. We can do it all, but we like to offer the savings to the homeowner whenever possible. After all, we know sellers don’t want to spend tons of money on a property they are going to leave.
• Staging a few rooms or your whole home, we are up for the challenge. You can also hire us for a set amount of hours to stage your home. If the staging isn’t completed in that time, we can give an itemized list of tasks to complete. We try to use as much of the homeowner’s furnishings to keep costs low. If needed, we have additional furnishings to rent to sellers for a nominal fee or provide a list of items for them to purchase.
• We can start with the consultation report or skip the consultation (and fee) and put your dollars towards the hands on staging. We are flexible to the client’s needs.
Most homes require approximately 5-7 hours to stage. That could be less than $500.00 to stage your home. What would your first price reduction cost you (or additional mortgage payments)?
On a typical $200,000 home, your first price reduction could be $10,000-15,000! Remember a staged home sells 50% faster and in some markets for more money than an un-staged home. |
