Real Estate Home Staging and Re-design came naturally to Lynn as she has been assisting friends and family with home design for years. After training with nationally known Center Stage Home, Lynn quickly put her creative talents to work. The first home she staged after her training had two offers on it in the first week. This home was on the market for 6 months before she staged it. That was back in 2005 and Lynn has been staging and re-designing homes ever since...
Using humor and a gentle approach, we explain the rationale behind the staging principles as we stage with the homeowner. When clients understand why we are moving their belongings, it helps us to achieve our staging goals and reduce any hurt feeling the owners might have. We also understand that when a family is living in the home, we need to be flexible to their needs. Many times the staged home is filled with children and pets. Being open to our client’s feedback is important; and that’s why we prefer our homeowners to be present, if possible. One of the best testimonials to our reputation is that many of our previous staging clients (and realtors) hire us to help with the design in their existing homes.
